By accessing or using the Entroparc website (www.entroparc.com) and any related services, products, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Services Description
Entroparc provides: • Digital products (including but not limited to Wault, Bault, and future offerings) • Access to our newsletter and updates • The Collision Lab experience • Customer support and related services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.
4. Purchases and Payments
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. • Early-bird pricing and beta access pricing are promotional and subject to change • All sales of digital products are final • Refunds may be granted at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for technical defects that prevent product use
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—are owned by Entroparc and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks without written consent • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization • Resell or redistribute our products
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Use our Services for any illegal purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Impersonate any person or entity • Upload malicious code or interfere with our systems • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services • Use automated systems to access our Services without permission • Collect user information without consent • Send spam or unsolicited communications
7. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entroparc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
